PURSUIT/STOLEN VEHICLE, Frontier Drive/Franconia Road, 8/6/14, 5:13 p.m. A police officer on patrol located a stolen Honda Civic in traffic. The officer attempted a traffic stop but the suspect fled onto Interstate 395. Officers pursued the suspect northbound on I-395 when the suspect attempted to flee on foot from the vehicle. However, Arlington County police officers were able to take the suspect into custody. Joey Lee Harris, 35, of Woodbridge was charged with felony speed to elude. Other charges pending.
