ROBBERY: 6200 block of Richmond Highway, 08/09/15 at about 10:32 p.m. The victim was standing at a bus stop when an unknown male took her wallet from her hand. The suspect punched the victim and ran off with her wallet and fled in an unknown vehicle. The victim did not require medical attention. The suspect was described a black male in his 30’s, about 5 feet 11 inches, wearing a striped polo style shirt, jeans and a white hat.
BURGLARY OF AN OCCUPIED DWELLING: 2400 block of Huntington Park Drive, 08/09/15 at about 12:47 a.m. A resident reported a white male entering his garage, then riding away on a bicycle. Officers located the suspect and arrested him. The juvenile suspect was wanted on a probation violation. Investigation continues.
BURGLARY OF AN OCCUPIED DWELLING: 2400 block of Huntington Park Drive, 08/09/15 at about 5:44 p.m. A homeowner had returned from a bike ride when he was approached by a juvenile who asked for money for the bus. While the homeowner was distracted, the suspect rode off with the victim’s bicycle. Officers recovered the bicycle but the suspect was not located. The suspect was described as a Hispanic juvenile, thin build, and wearing a blue polo style shirt and khaki shorts.

ROBBERY: 7200 block of Arlington Boulevard, 08/08/15 at about 10:50 p.m. A man reported being robbed by two men. The suspects displayed a knife to the victim and ran off with his property. Officers located the suspects, arrested them, and recovered the victim’s property. Orlen Nunez-Borjas, 22 of Falls Church and Jose Diaz Martinez, 21 of Fairfax were charged with robbery.

ATTEMPTED ROBBERY: 7200 block of Arlington Boulevard, 08/08/15 at about 10:30 p.m. A man and his wife were approached by two men who demanded the man’s cell phone. When refused, one of the suspects pulled a knife and began chasing the victim down the street. The victims was able to get away with no physical injuries. The suspects were later arrested in the Mclean District.

UNLAWFUL ENTRY: 8300 block of Harland Drive, 08/7/15 at about 5:11 p.m. A resident reported unknown people had entered the home while away on vacation.
ROBBERY: 4200 block of Americana Drive, 0809/15 at about 9:44 p.m. A resident reported an unknown male came to his front door, pushed his way in and demanded drugs. The suspect took prescription medication from the victim and walked away in an unknown direction. The victim did not require any medical attention. The suspect was described as a Hispanic or middle eastern male, about 5 feet 10 inches with a heave build, wearing a great T-shirt and jeans.

VEHICLE TRESPASS: 2900 block of Palmer Street, 08/07/15 at about 1:35 a.m. An alert resident saw a man rummaging through a vehicle. When he shouted to the man, the suspect ran off and it was determined that he was attempting to steal items from inside the vehicle. The suspect was described as a black male, about 6 feet tall, 20’s, wearing a white T-shirt, blue jeans and had dreadlocks.
