INDECENT EXPOSURE: 8100 block of Leesburg Pike, 08/06/15 at about 8:00 a.m. The victim was in the elevator of a parking garage. When the elevator stopped at a floor, a man approached the elevator and exposed himself to the victim. The victim closed the elevator door and the subject fled. Officers checked the area but the suspect was not located. The suspect was described as a black male, early 20s, athletic build, about 5 feet 5 inches tall, wearing a gray hoody with the hood up and gray shorts.

GRAND LARCENY/RECKLESS DRIVING: Arlington Boulevard/Gallows Road, 08/13/15 at about 330 a.m. Officers attempted to stop a moped driving in a reckless manner but the driver disregarded the officer’s signal to stop and fled. The moped was later located on Arlington Boulevard near Gallows Road. The juvenile rider was taken into custody. Charges are pending.

BOMB THREAT: 8200 block of Willow Oaks Corporate Drive, 08/12/15 at about 1:03 p.m. A man walked into a building and threatened to detonate a device. The suspect was located and arrested. The building was evacuated and checked for explosives. Nothing supicious was found. Gerard M. McMillian, 36, of Oakton, was charged with threats to bomb/burn.

ROBBERY: 3900 block of Braddock Road, 08/12/15 at about 4:25 p.m. The victim answered a knock at the door and three suspects pushed their way into the residence. They demanded money and took property and fled in a vehicle. The victim did not sustain any physical injury. The suspects were described as two heavyset white males and one Hispanic male with a thin build.

INDECENT EXPOSURE, 4600 block of Commons Drive, 08/09/2015 at about 1:07 a.m. The victim was walking into a building of an apartment complex when a man walking behind her engaged her in conversation. The man then exposed himself to the victim. The victim ran from the suspect and the suspect fled the area prior to police arrival. The suspect was described as a dark-skinned male, possibly Hispanic, 20 to 30 years of age, about 5 feet 7 inches tall, goatee, wearing a dark-colored hoodie and pants.

PEEPING: 12100 block of Green Ledge Court, 08/12/15 at about 7:43 a.m. A woman observed a man looking into her kitchen window. The suspect fled prior to police arrival. The suspect was described as a Hispanic male, 20 to 30 years of age, wearing a white T-shirt.

ANIMAL INVESTIGATION, 4800 block of Walney Road, 08/12/15 at about 6:26 p.m. Officers responded for a report of an unconscious adult male at a residence. The man was transported to a local hospital with a non-life threatening condition. While at the residence, officers located several venomous snakes and Animal Control Officers responded. Staff from the Luray Zoo assisted Animal Control Officers with the removal of 14 reptiles to include a Gaboon Viper and a Mojave Rattle Snake, which are illegal to possess in the Commonwealth of Virginia. The case remains under investigation and there is no threat to the public at this time. The medical condition of the man transported to the hospital was not related to the reptiles recovered from the residence.
