SEX OFFENSE, 1400 block of Chain Bridge Road, 08/12/15 at about 6:30 p.m. A resident alleged that an employee of a massage practice inappropriately touched her. The victim did not require medical attention.

STOLEN VEHICLE WITH APPREHENSION, North Shore Drive near Links Drive, 08/13/15 at about 1:26 a.m. An officer located a stolen vehicle travelling on North Shore Drive. The vehicle came to a stop and a man and a woman exited the vehicle. The officer had confirmed the vehicle to be stolen and gave verbal commands to the suspects. The suspects attempted to flee on foot but were taken into custody and arrested. Carlos A. Hernandez-Garcia, 20, of no fixed, was charged with possession of stolen property, providing false identity to law enforcement, obtaining identification to avoid arrest, resisting arrest and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Petitions for the 16 year-old female from the Manassas area will be obtained.

ROBBERY: 7100 block of Fullerton Road, 08/12/15 at about 11:49 p.m. A man walked into a business, displayed a shotgun and demanded money. The victim relinquished cash and the suspect fled on foot. The victim was not physically injured during the event. The suspect was described as a black male, 6 feet tall, approximately 170 pounds with a bandana covering his face.

BURGLARY: 9200 block of Lake Braddock Drive, 08/13/15 at about 5:24 p.m. A resident reported someone entered a garage and took property.
INDECENT EXPOSURE: 8100 block of Braddock Road, 08/13/15 at about 5:02 p.m. A woman was walking when a male approached her while exposing himself. The suspect was described as an Asian male, 50 years old, 5 feet 4 inches, wearing khaki pants and a baseball hat.
UNLAWFUL ENTRY: 5800 block of Fitzhugh Street, 08/13/15 at about 6:37 p.m. A resident reported an unknown person entered the residence through an unsecured window. Nothing was taken.
