BURGLARY, 6600 block of Richmond Highway, 09/28/15 at around 4:16 a.m. Officers responded to a commercial alarm and discovered someone had entered a business and taken property.

BURGLARY: 8500 block of Lee Highway, 09/28/15. A business owner reported unknown suspects entered the business and removed an ATM machine. No information on the suspects was provided.

BURGLARY, 2200 of Pimmit Run Lane, 09/27/15 around 1:59 a.m. Officers responded to a commercial alarm and discovered someone had entered a business and taken property.

DRUNK IN PUBLIC / ASSAULT ON LAW ENFORCEMENT: 3500 Moncure Avenue, 09/25/15 at about 6:17 p.m. Officers encountered an intoxicated male who ran into a business and was trespassing. The suspect ignored verbal commands to surrender and when he actively resisted, the Electronic Control Weapon (ECW) was used. The suspect bit an officer in the hands and on the face while officers were taking him into custody. Aaron Alexander, 30, no fixed address, was charged with drunk in public and assault on law enforcement.

ROBBERY: Colts Neck Road near Hunters Woods Plaza, 09/26/15 at about 8:11 p.m. The victim was walking and was approached by two Hispanic males who demanded his wallet. The suspects took property and fled. The victim was not physically injured.

BRANDISHING, Forrester Boulevard/Surrey Hill Place, 09/27/15 at about 4:07 a.m. The two victims were walking and encountered a man walking a dog. The victims engaged the man in conversation asking to pet the dog. The suspect produced a handgun and pointed it at the victims. The victims fled and called police. Officers checked the area with negative results. The suspect was described as Hispanic, 25 to 30 years age, wearing a white hoodie, black sweatpants. The dog was described as a white and brown-colored Pitbull.

ULAWFUL ENTRY, 12000 block of Lee Jackson Memorial Highway, 9/25/15 around 2:17 a.m. The victim awoke to a man entering his room. The suspect fled and was located by responding officers. Jeremy M. Spruiell, 23, of Fairfax, was charged with unlawful entry.
