LARCENY FROM A BUSINESS, 6400 block of Edsall Road, 08/07/15 at about 7:28 p.m. A man entered the Dunkin Donuts store located inside a gas station. The man took cash from a safe and fled. The suspect was described as a black male, 40 to 50 years of age, between 5 feet 10 inches and 6 feet tall and approximately 230 to 250 pounds. The suspect was seen leaving in a white van.

SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE, 3200 block of Kincross Circle near Oak Hill Elementary School. 10/01/15, around 3:53 p.m. An officer was conducting a school crossing and observed a blue-colored Buick crossover or SUV make an abrupt U-Turn. The vehicle stopped and the driver appeared to attempt to speak to a group of students. The officer approached the vehicle, but the vehicle quickly left the area. The vehicle was last seen in the area of Kincross Circle and Centreville Road. The driver was described as an older white male with gray hair, goatee, and wearing a blue shirt.
Although no crime occurred, the behavior appeared suspicious.
