DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY (BIAS CRIME), 5000 block of Woodfield Drive, 12/10/15. A resident reported that an unknown person damaged her vehicle overnight. A racial slur was written on the side of the vehicle.

ROBBERY, 6000 Block of Bellview Drive, 12/10/15, around 6:30 p.m. The victim was walking and was approached by three men. One of the suspects displayed a handgun, assaulted the victim and took property, then fled. The victim incurred non-life threatening injuries. The suspects were described as three men of unknown race.

RECKLESS DRIVING PURSUIT, I-95 near South Van Dorn Street, 12/10/15, around 10:22 p.m. An Officer attempted to stop a vehicle for a traffic infraction on the southbound lanes of I-95 near South Van Dorn Street. The driver of the vehicle disregarded the officer’s signal to stop and attempted to elude the officer. With the assistance of additional officers, the vehicle was stopped safely on I495 near Little River Turnpike. The driver, Naranbat Bayarsaikhan, 39, of Fairfax, was arrested and charged with reckless driving. There were no physical injuries during the incident.
