Man Charged after REC Center Assault
A 71-year-old man was charged with three counts of aggravated sexual battery and one count of indecent liberties after reportedly assaulting a 10-year-old boy in a recreation center shower stall.
Moussa El-Haddad, 2801 Madison Meadows Lane, Oakton was arrested at his home on Monday, December 21 at around 6 p.m. He was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he is being held without bond.
Police were called to the Oak Marr Recreation Center at around 12:50 p.m. Saturday, December 19 after an employee noticed suspicious behavior in the men’s locker room area of the facility.
Police responded to the scene and began an investigation, working jointly with recreation center personnel. A suspect was quickly identified and subsequently arrested.
Detectives ask that anyone with information regarding this incident to contact them.
