Successful Community Clean-Up Day in Bailey’s Crossroads Area

Thank you to the more than 60 county residents and Jeb Stuart High School students who volunteered alongside Fairfax County Police officers, Fairfax County Sheriff’s deputies and Fairfax County Park Authority members on Saturday to clean-up the area of Hogge Park. After meeting at Saint Anthony’s Church, the eager volunteers picked up around 70 bags of trash! We want to extend our appreciation for such a great turn out and look forward to continue working together to care for our community.

The Fairfax County Sheriff’s Community Labor Force and Fairfax County Park Authority are working together with local Home Owners Associations to continue the effort to clean up downed trees and invasive plants and trash throughout the month.
