Shortly after 7 am, a man was driving northbound on Ox Road and was struck from behind by another vehicle. It appears that it was not an accident but an intentional act. The victim sought refuge at a local shopping center where a witness called the police to report a male and female arguing in the parking lot. The suspect was described as a white female, blonde hair, 5 foot 6 inches to 5 foot 8 inches tall, about 160 pounds. She was wearing a neon lime green top, and was driving a red convertible that had the top down at the time of the incident.
