Detectives Investigate Theft in Seven Corners

Detectives from the Mason District station are investigating a larceny that occurred on Thursday, March 24, at around 8:39 p.m. A patron of the Burlington Coat Factory store located at 6350 Seven Corners Center placed her purse in her shopping cart and was distracted momentarily. Two other women were also in the store, and had apparently been following the patron. One of the women distracted her while the other allegedly took the victim’s wallet and cell phone from her purse. The two suspects then quickly left the store.


The suspects were described as white and approximately 18 to 27 years old. The suspect pictured on the left was described as 5 feet 7 inches to 5 feet 9 inches tall, long brown hair, approximately 155 to 175 pounds. She was wearing a light colored shirt and blue jeans.  The second suspect pictured on the right was described as 5 feet 7 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall, approximately 125 to 145 pounds with brown hair. She was wearing a gray shirt with dark pants.
