Can You Help Us Identify This Credit Card Theft/Fraud Suspect?

Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a woman who used stolen credit cards to purchase more than $2,400 worth of merchandise at three businesses. The victim, a 47-year-old woman, reported that her wallet and credit cards were stolen from the La Madeleine restaurant, located at 5861 Crossroads Center, in Falls Church, on Saturday, July 16 between 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. An investigation determined another woman allegedly stole the wallet from the victim’s purse, then used the credit cards the same day to make fraudulent purchases at a nearby Target, Best Buy and Toys R Us store.

The suspect was described as white, in her late 30s to early 40s and approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall and 160 pounds, with dark brown hair. She was wearing a white sleeveless shirt, blue jeans and white shoes.
