Falls Church Homicide Update-Second Video Released

Mason Police District – Detectives from the Major Crimes Division, Homicide Section continue to investigate the murder of Babtunde Fadahunsi that occurred on February 23, 2016 at 5597 Seminary Road Apt. 2302S.

They are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the subjects that appear in a second video that is being released.

Arrest Made in Falls Church Homicide

Mason Police District – On Friday June 10, around 6:40 p.m., Bernardo Eugene Ford, Jr., 25, of Woodbridge, was arrested on a federal charge in connection with the homicide at 5597 Seminary Road on February 23, 2016. Ford was charged with the Use, Carry, Brandish, and Discharge of a Firearm During a Crime of Violence Causing Death, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Sections 2 and 924(c)(1)(A)(iii) & (j). According to detectives from the Major Crimes Division, Homicide Squad, this arrest was the result of tremendous assistance and cooperation from The Federal Bureau of Investigation Washington Field Office Violent Crimes Task Force, The Drug Enforcement Administration, and the Fairfax County Police Department’s Fugitive Squad.  Ford remains in custody.
