Shots Fired into Vehicles and a Dwelling


McLean Police District – Officers responded for the report of a bullet that struck a vehicle in the 2200 block of Beacon Lane in Falls Church on Sunday, August 28, at around 3:52 a.m. According to the caller, a vehicle drove down the street and shot the caller’s vehicle which was unoccupied. Officers found that the caller’s residence was also struck by a bullet. While canvasing the area, officers discovered four more vehicles that had been struck by bullets. None of the vehicles were occupied and there were no reported injuries.

Detectives from the McLean District Station are actively investigating the incident. There is no suspect information at this time.
