McLean Massage Therapist Charged with Multiple Offenses
On Thursday, September 1, police arrested a 55-year-old man employed as a massage therapist for inappropriately touching a 25-year-old woman. An investigation determined the woman visited City Massage & Bodywork, located at 1481 Chain Bridge Road in McLean, on Friday, August 26 around 7:15 p.m. During the session, the employee allegedly touched her inappropriately. The victim was transported to Inova Fairfax Hospital for an examination and treatment.
On Thursday, September 1, Major Crimes Division detectives obtained 12 criminal warrants for Juan Carlos Villanueva, of McLean. Villanueva was charged with two counts of inappropriate touching, five counts of practicing without a license, and five counts of operating an unlicensed massage business. The warrants were served the same day.
