After seeing herself on a canvass flyer distributed by Detective Henry of the Franconia District Police Station, Criminal Investigation Section, Jarrae Kiana Antwi, 27, of Woodside Lane in Lorton, turned herself in to authorities on Friday, October 14. She was charged with credit card theft and credit card fraud.
Help Us Identify a Suspect in a Case of Credit Card Fraud
Detectives at the Franconia District Police Station are investigating a case of credit card fraud. On Saturday, September 10, a stolen credit card was used to purchase items at several businesses in Lorton, VA. Surveillance video captured images of the suspect (pictured).
The suspect is described as a black female, in her late 20’s or early 30’s, 5 feet 8 inches tall and 190 pounds.
