Update – Suspect Charged in Wells Fargo Bank Robbery

Mason Police District – On Tuesday, November 22, detectives from the Major Crimes Division, Robbery Squad, arrested 23-year-old Travis Porter at his home in Annandale and charged him with robbery.

(October 27, 2016) Bank Robbery in Annandale

Mason Police District Officers responded for the report of a robbery at the Wells Fargo Bank, located at 7620 Little River Turnpike, on Thursday, October 27, at around 1:20 p.m. A man entered the bank, approached a teller and implied that he had a gun; no weapon was seen. The suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of cash; there were no injuries. The suspect was described as black, in his 20s, heavy set. He was wearing a dark jacket and khaki pants. Fairfax 1 and a K9 team responded to assist in the search for the suspect, but he was not located.
