Man Who Set Woman On Fire is Captured
Lewis Edward Reeder, 56, of Alexandria, was arrested near Richmond, Virginia thanks to a tip from a community member. He’s currently in custody in Richmond and our detectives will be following up with their investigation. We will continue to provide updated information as we receive it.
