Missing Teenaged Girl Could Be in Danger
Mason Police District – Detectives are searching for a 17-year-old girl they believe could be in danger. Venus Romero Iraheta, of Alexandria, was reported missing on Monday, January 9. Her mom reported her missing to the School Resource Officer (SRO) at Annandale High School. The SRO made efforts that morning to contact Romero Iraheta and was able to speak to her briefly, but could not determine her whereabouts. She was entered into the missing database as a runaway.
Detectives assumed the investigation. They have received anonymous information that Romero Iraheta was involved with known gang members and threats had reportedly been made against her.
