Help Us Find a Missing/Endangered Teen

West Springfield Police District – Detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 16-year-old, Juana Delgado Morales of Springfield. Juana left her home voluntarily on February 14, with some extra clothes. Her legal guardian reported her missing that day and Juana was entered into the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) database. Today, due to her various medical conditions, detectives now believe Juana might be endangered and in need of treatment.

Juana is described as Hispanic, 5 feet 3 inches tall, and approximately 155 pounds. She has black hair, brown eyes, and may be wearing a blue sweatshirt, blue jeans, and white sneakers.
