Fairfax County Recognized as Leader in Improving Neighborhood Communication with Nextdoor

FCPD has had a presence on Nextdoor, the private social network for neighborhoods, since February 2016… and it seems in the past year we’ve made quite the impression! Fairfax County has become the fastest growing countywide partnership on Nextdoor in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions.

Nextdoor is a social networking service for neighborhoods. It was launched in the United States in October 2011; in February 2016 the service became available in The Netherlands. Nextdoor allows users to connect with people who live in their own and nearby neighborhoods
