MALICIOUS WOUNDING: 5500 block of Seminary Road, 4/19/17, around 10:40 p.m. A 55-year-old woman was walking her dog when a man approached her from behind and cut her throat with a knife. The victim saw the suspect before he took off on a bike. He was described as Hispanic, around 17 to 19 years old, short and thin, wearing a gray, zip-up sweatshirt, and camo-style shorts. The victim was treated for a minor injury at a local hospital and released.
