Fair Oaks Police District – On July 13, detectives from the Major Crimes Division, Child Abuse Section, arrested 43-year-old Jerberth Adallir Palma of Springfield. Palma was charged with three counts of sodomy of a child under the age of 13, one count of indecent liberties with a child under the age of 15, and one count of aggravated sexual battery of a child under the age of 13.
Detectives believe that there might be other victims and would like to hear from anyone whose children may have come into contact with Palma.
These charges stem from an investigation involving three different victims ranging from four to 11 years of age at the time of the offenses.
Palma came into contact with these victims while working in their homes as a handyman. He has been working as an independent contractor for several years throughout Fairfax County.
