McLean Police District – Detectives were notified that Charles Woody was found last night in Alexandria City. He is fine and was picked up by a family member.

(August 8, 2017) Detectives Searching for Missing Man

McLean Police District – Detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 81-year-old, Charles Woody. He was last seen in the 6800 block of Jefferson Avenue in Falls Church around 2:45 this afternoon. Woody suffers from memory loss and has gone missing before. He is about 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs approximately 180 pounds. Woody was last seen wearing a medical ID bracelet, possibly a yellow shirt, light blue pants and mismatched black shoes. He usually wears prescription glasses.  When he left, was driving a blue, 2011 Toyota Camry with Virginia license plates CMWOODY. He has been entered into the National Crime Information Center database.
