ROBBERY:7800 Block of Lewis Chapel Circle, 4/18/18, 5:15 p.m. Officers responded to the location for a report of a robbery. The victim stated that while he was walking in the neighborhood, he was approached by a boy who started to talk to him. During the encounter, the suspect displayed a pocket knife and took the victim’s phone.
