SULLY DISTRICT STATION

ROBBERY:  14000 Block of Lee Highway, 05/10/2018, 1:30 a.m. The victim was approached outside a gas station by several suspects who hit him the face, causing him to lose consciousness.  When he woke up, the victim realized his money was missing.  There was a three day delay in the victim reporting the robbery to the police.  One suspect is described as a 23 or 24-year-old black male, 6’2”, muscular, with short to medium blonde dreads. He was wearing a grey shirt and blue jeans.

MASON DISTRICT STATION 

GRAND LARCENY/CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE:  5500 Block of Leesburg Pike, 05/11/2018, 8:07 p.m. The victim was behind a business drinking with a friend when the suspect came up and asked for K2 (a synthetic controlled substance).  The suspect got upset when the victim did not have any and stole her phone.  Officers found the suspect hiding under the stairs in an apartment building and arrested him.  When the officers searched the suspect, they located suspected K2 on the suspect. Jorge Noriega Reyes, 26, of Alexandria, was charged with grand larceny from a person and possession of a controlled substance.

ROBBERY:  3400 Block of Glen Carlyn Dr, 5/13/2018, 11:23 p.m.  The victim was approached by a male and a female.  The male slapped the victim while the female stole money out of the victim’s back pocket.  The suspects got into a vehicle with a third person who was driving and left the scene.  The suspects are described as both being Hispanic and approximately 20 years old.  The male was tall with black hair and a green shirt. The female was short wearing a black shirt and her hair was pulled up in a bun or pony tail.

RESTON DISTRICT STATION

ASSAULT ON FIREFIGHTER:  1850 Town Center Pkwy, Reston Hospital, 05/12/2018, 9:40 p.m.  Fire and Rescue brought a patient to Reston Hospital who was bleeding and stumbling around Reston Town Center.  Once at the hospital the patient started fighting hospital staff and Fire and Rescue personnel.  When officers got to the ER, the man was restrained on the floor, and one of the firefighters reported being assaulted by the man.  Thomas Feeley, 25, of Reston, was charged with assault on a firefighter after being released from the hospital.

FAIR OAKS DISTRICT STATION

ASSAULT ON LAW ENFORCEMENT/DRUNK IN PUBLIC:  I-66 Westbound prior to Nutley Street, 05/13/2018, 0125 hours.  Officers were checking on a male and a female stopped on the side of I-66 Westbound prior to Nutley Street.  Both people were intoxicated and the man argued with the officer, clenched his fists, and then started approaching the officer.  The officer called for help and tried to control the man but was unsuccessful until additional officers arrived.  Anthony Eugene Chiacchiera, 35, of Centreville, was charged with Assault on Law Enforcement, Obstruction of Justice, and Drunk in Public. Candice Lyn Brannon, 44, of Centreville, was arrested for being Drunk in Public.
