Gymnastics Coach Arrested for Inappropriate Sexual Relationship

West Springfield Police District – A 28-year-old Manassas man is facing multiple charges for an inappropriate sexual relationship with a teenage girl. Aryan Mazloum-Yazdi was arrested last night at his home in Manassas after an investigation started earlier this month.  Mazloum-Yazdi was charged with five counts of taking indecent liberties with a child,  and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a child.

Mazloum-Yazdi works as a gymnastics coach at Capital Gymnastics National Training Center in Burke, where he met the victim. If you are concerned your child may have had inappropriate contact with Mazloum-Yazdi, please contact our Major Crimes Bureau at 703-246-7845.
