ASSAULT BY MOB/MALICIOUS WOUNDING: 14200 block of Saint Germain Drive, 3/28/19, 8:39 p.m. A man was walking home when he was attacked by two suspects. One suspect hit him with a skateboard. Officers arrested the two suspects, Domingo Gonzalez-Cedillo (left), 19, and Edwin Bernal Gallego (right), 24, both of Centreville. Gonzalez-Cedillo was charged with malicious wounding by mob and Bernal Gallego was charged with assault by mob.
