Celebrate National Night Out – August 6, 2019

National Night Out is an annual community building and crime prevention event that provides our residents with the opportunity to meet their neighborhood police officers- as well as their own neighbors. This year, National Night Out is Tuesday, Aug. 6 from 6 to 9 p.m. and everyone in Fairfax County is encouraged to participate.

In Fairfax County alone there are already nearly 200 registered community events planned and it is not too late for you to join the fun! Families will spend the evening outdoors with food, music and children’s activities to promote neighborhood comradery and to take a stand against crime. Our officers will stop by to meet members of the community and to build upon our strong police-community partnerships throughout the county.
