ROBBERY: 7200 block of Saul Road, 9/10/19, 8:40 p.m. The victim arranged to sell his phone to two men that he met through a mobile app. One of the men displayed a gun and took the phone from the victim. Both men drove away in a gray Hyundai sedan. They were described as white men in their 20s wearing dark clothing.
