Juvenile Murder Suspect Arrested in North Carolina

Franconia Police District – A 17-year-old is now in custody after he fled the Northern Virginia area following yesterday’s deadly shooting. Homicide Investigation Underway After Man Shot in Springfield

Franconia Police District – Detectives are investigating after a man was fatally wounded earlier today in a shooting in the 6100 block of Dinwiddie Street in Springfield. Officers responded to a call for gunshots at 1:12 p.m. Upon their arrival they found Ever Deras-Borjas, 30, of Springfield, suffering from upper body trauma.
