Bakery Manager Charged with Inappropriately Touching an Adult with Developmental Disabilities

Sully District Station – 73-year-old Alberto Figueiredo, of Fairfax, is facing a felony charge of object sexual penetration against a developmentally disabled adult.  Detectives from the Major Crimes Bureau’s Sex Crimes Squad began their investigation last week when the victim disclosed the assault to her parents.
