TRAFFIC PURSUIT: Lee Highway/Shreve Road, 1/8/20, 10:19 p.m. An officer attempted to stop a Chevrolet Silverado for a traffic violation. The driver sped off resulting in a pursuit. The driver, Devon Young Jr., 18, of Washington DC, was arrested after he crashed into a fire hydrant. Young was charged with disregarding police command to stop, destruction of property and no driver’s license. Photo is not available.
