MOUNT VERNON DISTRICT STATION

ROBBERY: 2200 block of Huntington Avenue, 1/27/20, 11:05 p.m. The victim was approached by three men who assaulted him and stole personal property. The suspects are described as two black men and a Hispanic man that ran from the area.

TRAFFIC PURSUIT: South Kings Highway/Telegraph Road, 1/25/20, 11:05 p.m. A community member reported a man asleep behind the wheel on South Kings Highway. An officer saw the 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee and tried to wake up the driver. He sped away and after a short pursuit, crashed into a guardrail where he was arrested. Charles McIntosh, 30, of Bowie, MD, was charged with DWI and refusal of blood or breath test.

MASON DISTRICT STATION

COMMERCIAL ROBBERY: 5715 Columbia Pike (Surf and Suds Laundromat), 1/25/20, 4 a.m. Three people broke into the business, confronted an employee; and took money from a crypto currency ATM before running away. The suspects are described as 2 black men and a Hispanic woman, all wearing masks and dark clothing.

ROBBERY: 6200 block of Little River Turnpike, 1/24/20, 5:00 p.m. The victim was approached by two men who assaulted him and stole personal property. The suspects were described as a black man, 6’0”, in his 20s, wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt and a black man in his late teens wearing a black and white striped sweatshirt, white pants, and red shoes.

RESTON DISTRICT STATION

COMMERCIAL ROBBERY: 13470 Coppermine Road (Sunoco Gas Station), 1/25/20, 12:30 a.m. A man entered the gas station, threatened the clerk with a knife and demanded money. He was given cash and merchandise before running from the store. The suspect is described as black, in his 20s and wearing all dark clothing and a mask.

BURGLARY: 10400 block of Heritage Landing Road, 1/25/20, 7:56 a.m. Someone broke into a home and stole property.

COMMERCIAL BURGLARY: 8971 Ox Rd (Verizon), 1/26/20, 11:43 a.m. Someone entered the store and stole property.
