MASON DISTRICT STATION

ROBBERY: 3300 block of Glen Carlyn Drive, 5/19/20, 9:30 p.m. Two men approached the victim in a parking lot, demanded money, assaulted him and stole his personal property. The men then ran away. The victim sustained minor injuries. The suspects were described as two black men wearing dark clothing.

RESTON DISTRICT STATION

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY/BIAS INCIDENT: 1400 block of North Point Village Center, 5/20/20 , 6:05 am. Officers responded to the shopping center for a report of graffiti. Several swastikas were spray painted on the sidewalk and nearby areas. The case remains an active investigation.

WEST SPRINGFIELD DISTRICT STATION

BURGLARY: 9350 Crosspointe Drive (Silverbrook Elementary School), 5/19/20, 11:36 p.m. School security and officers responded for a school alarm. Officers arrived and saw two men running out of the school and took them into custody. An investigation revealed the two men were inside the school and stole items. Liam Stripling, 23, and Kellum Stripling, 20, both of Fairfax Station, were charged with burglary and petit larceny. Photo of Kellum Stripling not available.
