COMMERCIAL BURGLARY: 6101 #305 Redwood Square Center (Cheron Orthodontics), 7/31/21, 3 p.m. Someone forced entry into the business and took property.
MALICIOUS WOUNDING: 14500 block of Stilsby Court, 8/1/21, 8:30 a.m. A man disputed his cab fare with the driver. The man stabbed the driver in the upper body and ran away. The victim was treated at a hospital for injuries considered not life threatening.
MALICIOUS WOUNDING: 14200 block of Centreville Square, 8/4/21, 7:30 p.m. The victim saw a group of men fighting and attempted to intervene. In the process, the victim was cut and treated at a hospital for injuries considered not life threatening.
SHOOTING INTO AN OCCUPIED DWELLING: 13500 block of Mist Flower Drive, 8/5/21, 2:39 a.m. The victim was asleep when he was awoken by the sound of gunshots. Officers arrived and discovered damage inside of his home and on the exterior. No injuries were reported.
MOUNT VERNON DISTRICT STATION
ASSAULT: 7300 block of Richmond Highway,8/1/21, 7:14 p.m. A male and female got into an argument with two victims while at a bus stop. The woman assaulted the one victim while the man threatened the second victim with a knife. The man and woman ran away. No injuries were reported.
ROBBERY: Cooper Road at Sacramento Road, 8/1/21, 4:27 p.m. A man approached the victim on the sidewalk, assaulted him and took property. A short time later, officers located Mohamed Roble, 27, of Alexandria, and he was charged with robbery.
ROBBERY: 2400 block of Fort Drive, 8/1/21, 8:45 p.m. The victim got into a dispute with three men inside his home and asked them to leave. Two of the men returned to the victim’s home, displayed a knife and took property. No injuries were reported.
VEHICLE PURSUIT: Tamarind Street at Seven Woods Drive, 8/2/21, 10:43 p.m. Officers saw a 2002 Honda Accord which was stolen driving in the area and attempted to make a traffic stop which resulted in a pursuit. The vehicle came to stop at a dead end and the occupants ran from the vehicle. A juvenile male and two juvenile females were located and taken into custody.
MALICIOUS WOUNDING: 3100 block of Lockheed Boulevard, 8/3/21, 1:45 a.m. After a dispute, a man approached the victim on the sidewalk and assaulted him with brass knuckles. Officers found Darnell Ulmer, 32, of Alexandria, and he was charged with malicious wounding.
ROBBERY: Frye Road at Pole Road, 8/3/21, 2:50 p.m. Two men approached the victim on the sidewalk, assaulted him and took his property. No injuries were reported.
ROBBERY: 8500 block of Leesburg Pike, 8/2/21, 9:16 p.m.The victim agreed to meet an acquaintance in a hotel room. When he walked into the room, a man assaulted him and took his property. No injuries were reported.
AGGRAVATED MALICIOUS WOUNDING: 1700 Tysons Boulevard (The Ritz Carlton), 8/4/21, 9:30 p.m. A man entered a woman’s room and assaulted her. A hotel guest heard a loud commotion from their room and saw a man run out covered in blood. The guest tackled the man and held him down with staff until officers arrived. Officers checked the hotel room and discovered a woman with stab wounds to the upper body. Officers rendered aid until relived by fire and rescue. She was treated at a hospital for injuries considered life threatening and remains hospitalized. Igor Koob, 34, of Washington DC, was treated for injuries that were not considered life threatening and was arrested for aggravated malicious wounding
UPDATE: ROBBERY: 6000 block of Bellview Drive, 6/28/21, 8:20 p.m. Three men approached the victim, displayed guns and demanded property. The victim was assaulted and one suspect discharged his firearm which did not strike the victim. The victim reported injuries that were not life threatening. On June 30, following an investigation, detectives charged one juvenile with two counts of robbery, malicious wounding, attempted malicious wounding and using a firearm in the commission of a felony. On July 29, two additional juveniles were both charged with two counts of robbery, two counts of malicious wounding and possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
WEAPONS VIOLATION: Woodburn Road at Woodburn Village Drive, 8/3/21, 1 a.m. Officers saw a man driving known to have a suspended license. Edwin Brizuela, 25, of Annandale, was stopped and a loaded firearm was found under his seat. Brizuela was charged with possession of firearm by a felon, possession of ammunition by a felon, concealed weapon violation and driving with a revoked license.
MALICIOUS WOUNDING: 5900 block of Seminary Road, 8/4/21, 4:59 p.m. A man assaulted and stabbed the victim as he attempted to walk past him on the sidewalk. Lawrence Williams, 63, no fixed address, was arrested and charged with malicious wounding. The victim was treated for injuries not considered life threatening. Just prior to this incident, it was discovered Williams had assaulted a woman. He was charged with assault and battery and trespassing.
ROBBERY: 4200 block of Annandale Road, 8/5/21, 12:50 a.m. Two men approached the victim in the parking lot, assaulted him, took property then ran away. The victim was treated at a hospital for injuries considered not life threatening.
RECKLESS DISCHARGE: 6100 block ofLittle River Turnpike, 8/5/21, 5:22 p.m. A community member heard multiple gunshots in the area. Officers arrived to find several cartridge cases on the ground and damage to a nearby business. No injuries were reported.

VEHICLE PURSUIT: 6900 block of Telegraph Road, 8/2/21, 12:24 a.m. Officers saw a wanted man driving a 2009 BMW 328i and attempted to make a traffic stop which resulted in a pursuit. After a short distance, the driver crashed and the occupants fled. Officers located a juvenile occupant who was taken into custody. Two firearms were recovered from inside the vehicle. Charges are pending for the juvenile.
RECKLESS DISCHARGE: 9400 block of Lorton Market Street, 8/5/21, 8:36 p.m. An officer observed a man shooting a firearm into the wood line. The officer arrested Patrick Wallace, 33, of Washington DC, and he was charged with reckless handling of a firearm. No injuries were reported.
