MOUNT VERNON DISTRICT STATION

COMMERCIAL ROBBERY: 6305 Richmond Highway (T-Mobile), 10/11/21, 11:49 a.m. A man entered the business, threatened force, and took property. No injuries were reported.  

ROBBERY: 7200 block of Tavenner Lane, 10/12/21, 10:29 a.m. A man assaulted the victim and took property. No injuries were reported.

WEAPONS VIOLATION/ DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: 8400 block of Eureka Court, 10/13/21, 11:04 p.m. The victim heard a gunshot and glass break. A round was located within the walls of the residence. No injuries were reported.

MCLEAN DISTRICT STATION

ATTEMPTED ROBBERY: 7900 block of Tysons Corner Center, 10/11/21, 6 p.m. The victim was assaulted by two men who demanded property. No property was taken, and no injuries were reported.  

ROBBERY: 7200 block of Arlington Boulevard, 10/14/21,1:39 a.m. A group of five to six men approached the victim, pointed a gun, and took personal property. No injuries were reported.  

MASON DISTRICT STATION

ROBBERY: Leesburg Pike and Glenmore Drive, 10/9/21, 11:50 p.m. Three men assaulted the victim and took property. No injuries were reported.   

ROBBERY: 3400 block of Glen Carlyn Drive, 10/10/21, 5:22 a.m. The victim was stabbed and had property taken by an unknown suspect. The victim was taken to the hospital with injuries not considered life threatening.

RESTON DISTRICT STATION

FRANCONIA DISTRICT STATION

BURGLARY OF AN OCCUPPIED DWELLING: 7400 block of Beulah Street, 10/11/21, 12:56 a.m. Two men forced entry into the residence and assaulted the victim. No property was taken.   

WEST SPRINGFIELD DISTRICT STATION

WEAPONS VIOLATION: 9700 block of Ashbourn Drive, 10/9/21, 10:42 p.m. A community member witnessed a man shoot a firearm into the air. Multiple units responded and were unable to locate the man. No injuries and no property damage were reported.

STABBING/ROBBERY: 7900 Heritage Drive (Ossian Hall Park), 10/12/21, 3:17p.m. After a dispute, a woman approached the victim on the soccer fields and assaulted him with a tree branch. The woman then stabbed the victim with a knife in the upper body, took his property, and ran away. The victim was taken to the hospital and remains hospitalized. Preliminarily, it is believed that the woman is known to the victim and this was not a random act of violence. Detectives from our Major Crimes Bureau responded to assume the investigation.
