22nd Annual National Drug Take Back Day Results

Our partnership with the Drug Enforcement Administration continued alongside several Fairfax County agencies for this year’s 22nd Annual National Prescription Drug Take Back Day initiative. On Saturday, April 30, officers from our eight district stations helped collect over 1,300 pounds of unused and expired over-the-counter and prescription medications from members of our community at drop off sites across the county.

19th Annual Drug Take Back Day – Operation Medicine Cabinet Cleanout

18th Annual Drug Take Back Day Results

Our department coordinated efforts with the federal Drug Enforcement Administration, the Fairfax-Falls Church Community Services Board and Health Department for a successful 18th Annual Drug Take Back Day on Saturday, Oct. 26.  Each of our district stations along with Wegmans in Chantilly served as collection sites.
