Community Tip Leads to Arrest  

Franconia Police District – Detectives have arrested a 34-year-old man following a tip from a community member. Fairfax County police put out a call for help on Tuesday in identifying the man responsible for assaulting a woman and exposing himself earlier that day. Last night detectives arrested Gamal Mohamed Osman of Alexandria and charged him with sexual battery and indecent exposure.

Franconia Police District  – A 36-year-old imam has been charged with indecent liberties by custodian for a sexual assault that occurred in 2015.
