Man Arrested for Unlawful Filming in Centreville Spa

Sully Police District – A 28-year-old man is facing three felony and two misdemeanor charges after detectives learned he was unlawfully filming men in a Centreville spa.  Kwame Anderson, of Newport News, was arrested at his home this morning by the Newport News Police Department. An investigation began in May of 2018 after a man discovered there was a nude
