Man Arrested for Sexual Battery of a Juvenile in Merrifield

McLean Police District – Detectives from our Major Crimes Bureau’s Child Abuse Squad have charged a man with sexual battery of a 6-year-old victim in Merrifield.

Yesterday, just after 7:00 p.m., officers responded to a playground in the 7300 block of Arlington Boulevard in Merrifield for the report of a man who unlawfully touched a juvenile victim. Patrol officers were able to quickly locate the man and take him into custody.

Victor Villalobos, 47, of Merrifield, was charged with Aggravated Sexual Battery of a Juvenile Under the Age of 13. He is being held at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center on no bond.
