MWAA Officer Charged with Soliciting Sex from a Minor

A 28-year-old Fredericksburg man is facing two charges for soliciting sex from a minor online. The minor was actually a detective from our Child Exploitation Unit. Dustin Moore first initiated contact with our detective early last month.  During the investigation we learned Moore is employed with the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) as a police officer.
