GENERAL INFORMATION

The Fair Oaks District Police Station at 12300 Lee Jackson Memorial Highway will be holding an Open House this Saturday from 11:00 – 4:00 p.m. Don’t forget to bring canned goods to fill the cruiser as donations to local food banks.

Officers and detectives from the Franconia, Mount Vernon and West Springfield District Stations conducted a warrant sweep on Wednesday, October 7. Service was attempted for 39 warrants. Nine warrants were served and seven additional arrests were made unrelated to the warrants on hand.

LARCENIES:

4300 block of Chantilly Shopping Center, property from residence.

MOUNT VERNON DISTRICT STATION

ROBBERY: 6200 block of Richmond Highway, 10/07/15 at about 11:45 p.m. A pizza delivery driver was exiting his vehicle when he was approached by a man with a gun who demanded money and entered the business. While inside, a second suspect entered and demanded money from the other employees. A third suspect remained outside. The suspects took property from the victims and fled. The victims did not sustain any physical injuries. The suspects were described as three black males wearing masks.

ROBBERY, 6300 block of Richmond Highway, 10/06/15 at about 10:59 p.m. The victim was walking and was approached by a man. The suspect assaulted the victim, took cash and fled. The victim did not require medical attention.

MCLEAN DISTRICT STATION 

ROBBERY: 2900 block of Stillwood Circle, 10/07/15 at about 12:14 a.m. The victim was in the parking lot of an apartment complex and was approached by three men. The suspects assaulted him, took his property and fled. The victim was taken to INOVA Fairfax hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The first suspects was described as Hispanic with long dark hair; the second suspect was described as black and wearing a black jacket; and the third suspect was described as Asian with a mustache and wearing a hat.

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY/ASSAULT ON LAW ENFORCEMENT, 3000 block of Gatehouse Plaza, 10/07/15 at about 5:50 p.m. While on patrol, an officer came across a single vehicle accident. The driver of the vehicle attempted to open the officer’s cruiser door. The driver then raised a bottle to hit the officer. The officer deployed the electronic control weapon but the suspect continued his combative behavior causing damage to the officer’s cruiser. The officer was able to take the suspect into custody and was arrested. Jonathan P. Boduch, 23, of Arlington, was charged with DWI 2nd offense, refusal, felony destruction of property, accident hit and run, assault on law enforcement, and obstruction of justice.

MASON DISTRICT STATION 

ROBBERY, Glen Carlyn Drive/Leesburg Pike, 10/07/15 at about 4:15 p.m. The victim was walking and was approached by four individuals. The suspects assaulted the victim, took property and fled. The victim incurred non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a local hospital. The suspects were described as one Hispanic female, and three Hispanic males.

RESTON DISTRICT STATION

ASSAULT: 2200 block of Astoria Court, 10/07/15 at about 10:41 a.m. A woman answered a knock at her door and an unknown man assaulted her. The suspect then fled. The victim did not require any medical attention. The suspect was described as a Hispanic, in his mid 20’s to 30’s, about 5 feet 10 inches with a medium build and wearing black clothing and a black hat.
