ROBBERY: Carlin Springs Rd/Leesburg Pike. 1/31/16, 4 a.m. A 29-year-old woman was walking home when she was approached by a man who attempted to take her cell phone. She struggled with the suspect who then produced some type of edged weapon, cut her and then ran away. The victim was treated at a local hospital for minor injuries.
The suspect was described as black, about 6 feet tall, wearing a ski mask.
