INDECENT EXPOSURE/ARREST: 11900 Bowman Towne Drive (Reston Library), 6/6/17 around 3 p.m. A man was arrested for allegedly touching himself inappropriately inside the library. Timothy W. Steele, 33, of Reston, was issued a summons for indecent exposure.

BURGLARY: 5800 block of Governors Hill Drive, 6/6/17 around 9:15 p.m. An investigation determined someone forced entry into a home while residents were inside. One resident confronted the suspect, who fled. The suspect was described as black, about 5 feet 11 inches tall, with a medium build. He had long dreadlocked hair and was wearing a light-colored baggy T-shirt, dark-colored pants and light-colored shoes and hat. Nothing was reported missing from the home.

WEST SPRINGFIELD DISTRICT STATION
INDECENT EXPOSURE: 6200 block of Rolling Road, 6/6/17 around 1:53 a.m. A man approached a woman sitting in her car and touched himself inappropriately. The suspect left when the woman picked up her phone. He was described as black, about 30 years old, 5 feet 9 inches tall and 160 pounds. The victim did not require medical attention.
