ARMED ROBBERY: 14500 block of Lee Jackson Memorial Highway, 1/13/18 around 1:00 a.m. The victim was walking to his car after leaving a nearby restaurant. He was approached by the suspect and he demanded money. The suspect was described as a Hispanic man, approximately 5’5” tall, dressed in dark clothing, and carrying a black handgun. The victim was not injured.

COMMERCIAL ARMED ROBBERY: 8792 Sacramento Drive (Super Mini Mart), 1/12/18 around 8:40 a.m. A suspect described as a black man, approximately 5’2” to 5’6” and 20 to 25 years of old entered the store and demanded money from the cash register. The suspect displayed a weapon during the robbery, however, there were no injuries. Cash was taken from the business.
COMMERCIAL ARMED ROBBERY: 8226 Russell Road (7-11), 1/13/18 around 7:20 p.m. The suspect is described as a black man in his mid 20’s and armed with a hand gun. He entered the store and demanded money from the cash register. The suspect then ran away from the business with an undisclosed amount of cash. There were no injuries reported.

VEHICLE TRESPASS / OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE: 1300 block of Murray Downs Way, 1/12/2018 around 4:00 a.m. Officers responded for the report of two people attempting to open doors to multiple vehicles parked in the area. Officers saw two men who then ran away. One of the men was caught. David Crevontay Pugnitti Webb, 20, of Reston, was charged with vehicle trespass and obstruction of justice.

COMMERCIAL ROBBERY: 8330 Old Keene Mill Road (CVS), 1/15/18 around 8:20 p.m. Officers responded for a report of a man that jumped over the pharmacy counter and took medications. The man then ran from the store and officers were not able to locate him.
ASSAULT: 9500 block of Burke Road, 1/15/18 around 3:00 p.m. Officers responded to the report of a man who was assaulted while outside working on his car. Two individuals approached the victim and one of them threw him to the ground. The other subject showed a knife and victim grabbed at the knife which cut his hand. The individuals then left.

ROBBERY: 4700 block of Harvest Woods Court, 1/15/18 around 7:40 p.m. The victim was unloading a basket from the back of his car. While in the back of the car, he was approached by three people. One of suspects assaulted the victim causing him to fall. The suspects then grabbed some property and left the area in a car. The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
