FCPD WEEKEND RECAP FOR MONDAY, MARCH 19
PURSUIT: Lee Jackson Memorial Highway & Majestic Lane, 3/16/18, 8:37 p.m. Officers were called to the area for a suspected drunk driver. While checking the area, they found the car in a parking lot. As they approached the car, it drove off. Officers pursued the car and blocked the car in, bringing it to a stop. The driver was identified as Amber Hartzell. 23, of Springfield. She was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated. The passenger, Raheel Aijaz, 25, of Reston, was arrested and charged with drunk in public.

DRUNK IN PUBLIC/ARREST: Andrus Road & Sherwood Hall Lane, 3/16/18, 7:12 p.m. Officers responded for a man taking his clothes off and screaming. When officers arrived, the man was acting disorderly and was given several commands to stop. He refused and an electronic control weapon was used to take him into custody. Thomas Stokes, 40, no fixed address, was charged with drunk in public.

PURSUIT/DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED: Fairview Park Drive & Lee Highway, 3/17/18, 9:06 p.m. An officer observed a sedan driving on Lee Highway with no headlights on. The officer tried to pull the car over but it did not stop. Officers blocked the car in and were able to get the car stopped. Nathaniel Cummings, 50, of Arlington, was placed under arrest and charged with driving while intoxicated, speed to elude, driving on a suspended license, and no headlights.

PURSUIT/STOLEN VEHICLE: Baron Cameron Avenue & Cameron Health Drive, 3/18/18, 11:40 p.m. An officer observed a gray Honda Civic disregard a traffic light. The officer tried to stop the vehicle but it continued to drive away. During the chase, the driver and passenger exited the car and ran away. Officers chased and apprehended the two boys. Petitions for felony speed to elude, unauthorized use, disregarding a traffic signal, and no license will be sought.

DISORDERLY/ ASSAULT: 3700 block of Vernacchia Drive, 3/18/18, 9:15 a.m. Officers responded for a naked man who assaulted a woman and was jumping on cars. When officers arrived, community members were holding the man down. Officers gave the man several commands but they were ignored. An electronic control weapon was used and the officers placed him under arrest. The victim was transported with minor injuries. Nikolas Kacludis, 18 of Fairfax, was charged with disorderly conduct, indecent exposure, and strangulation.
