SULLY DISTRICT STATION

WARRANT SERVICE: 4300 block of Chantilly Shopping Center, 7/25/19, 8 p.m. Officers saw a man who they knew to be wanted exit a car along with several other people. The wanted man tried to run from the officers but was quickly apprehended. Larell Lansdowne, 35, of Reston, was charged with obstruction of justice and with outstanding warrants for larceny, fail to register as a sex offender, probation violation and trespassing. Three other passengers were also arrested. Eugene Mitchell, 54, of Leesburg, was charged with providing false information to avoid arrest and served with an outstanding larceny warrant. Nicole Hamm, 43, of Herndon, was charged with possession of marijuana. Barbara Patton, 45, of West Virginia, was charged with possession of a Schedule I drug and possession of marijuana.

MOUNT VERNON DISTRICT STATION

ATTEMPTED ROBBERY: 5800 block of North Kings Highway, 7/25/19, 9:34 a.m. The victim was waiting for a bus when a man approached her and demanded her property. The suspect did not get any property and left the area. Officers found and arrested Stuart Cook, 35, of Alexandria. He was charged with attempted robbery.

COMMERCIAL BURGLARY: 1572 Spring Hill Road (Caliber Collision), 7/25/19, 12:30 a.m. Someone broke into the business and stole keys.

COMMERCIAL BURGLARY: 8527 Leesburg Pike (Infiniti of Tysons), 7/25/19, 1:17 a.m. Someone broke into the building and stole a 2012 Infiniti QX 56 and a 2008 Infiniti M35. Both cars were recovered in Washington, D.C.

RESTON DISTRICT STATION

COMMERCIAL ROBBERY: 2525 Centreville Road (CVS), 7/25/19, 4:46 p.m. Two suspects entered the store, jumped the pharmacy counter and took property. The suspects were described as black men with hooded sweatshirts. No one was injured.

BURGLARY: 13000 block of Shea Place, 7/17-25/19. Someone broke into the residence and ransacked the property.
