FCPS Teacher Arrested for Indecent Liberties against Child

Fair Oaks Police District – A 29-year-old teacher is facing a felony charge of indecent liberties by a custodian for an inappropriate sexual relationship with a student at Fairfax High School. Detectives from the Major Crimes Bureau Child Abuse Squad arrested Daniel Kim, of Oakton, yesterday evening at his home. Detectives began their investigation after a student disclosed information about the unlawful sexual conduct with Kim within the past two months.  Kim is currently being held at the county’s Adult Detention Center without bond.
