SULLY DISTRICT STATION

COMMERCIAL ROBBERY: 6349 Multiplex Drive (Choong Man Chicken), 2/6/22, 10:34 p.m. A man entered the business, displayed a firearm, took property then ran away.

MOUNT VERNON DISTRICT STATION

COMMERCIAL ROBBERY: 1636 Belle View Boulevard (CVS), 2/5/22, 4:57 p.m. A man entered the business and took property. As he was exiting, the store manager tried to stop him. The man displayed a knife then left the store. Officers quickly found the man nearby, placed him under arrest and charged him with robbery.

COMMERCIAL ROBBERY: 5834 North Kings Highway (7-Eleven), 2/6/22, 8:20 a.m. A man entered the business, implied he had a weapon, took property, and left the store. 

MCLEAN DISTRICT STATION

LARCENY/POSSESSION OF STOLEN FIREARM/STOLEN AUTO RECOVERY: 1961 Chain Bridge Road (Tysons Corner Center), 2/8/22, 5:55 p.m. A man stole property from a store inside the mall. As officers were investigating, the man’s vehicle was found in the parking garage, and determined to be stolen during a carjacking in a nearby jurisdiction. Three men returned to the car and were arrested. A loaded handgun was found on one of the men and determined to be stolen. A 33-year-old man of Washington D.C, was charged with receiving stolen property, possession of burglarious tools and three counts of petit larceny. A 29-year-old man of Washington D.C. was charged with grand larceny, possession of a stolen firearm, possession of a concealed weapon, obstruction of justice, and improper registration.

RESTON DISTRICT STATION

COMMERCIAL ROBBERY: 13190 Parcher Avenue (7-Eleven), 2/5/22, 5:08 p.m. Two men entered the business, displayed a firearm, took property, and left the store.

COMMERCIAL ROBBERY: 13470 Coppermine Road (Sunoco), 2/5/22, 5:27 p.m. Two men entered the business, displayed a firearm, took property, and left the store.

FRANCONIA DISTRICT STATION

ROBBERY: 7000 block of Skyles Way, 2/7/22, 10:40 p.m. Three men approached the victim on the sidewalk, assaulted him, took his property and ran away.

STOLEN AUTO RECOVERY: 6700 block of Loisdale Road, 2/10/22, 4:25 p.m. The victim saw a woman hitchhiking and picked her up in his 2021 Honda CRV. The victim stopped at a store, exited his car with the vehicle running. The 34-year-old woman got into the driver seat and drove away. An officer saw the stolen CRV nearby and made a traffic stop, arresting the woman. She was charged with grand larceny and driving without a license.

WEST SPRINGFIELD DISTRICT STATION

ROBBERY: 7800 block of Heritage Drive, 2/8/22, 7:50 p.m. Two men approached the victim in a parking lot, pushed her, took property, and ran away.
